Hot Italian sandwich overly spicy..So greasy the wrapper was dripping with oil. Baguette not fresh. It was 5pm so probabably sat out all day. Asian salad tasted good but VERY small. Needed more lettuce. Water glasses were so small and no covers fit them. It was take out so I couldn't take a water.

12-2025 Still great food! Great selection and value Green goddess salad was very good along with the spicy chicken sandwich. (Not very spicy for me, but good) Both soups were tasty and hot!!! Don’t forget the chocolate chip cookies SMILE

Only one time did they not have an item on my online order, and didnt refund my purchase or give me a replacement (it was a bagel). Other than that, great sandwiches, and bagels. Fast service.

Visited for dinner and didn't want anything "too heavy." Got the You Pick 2 option of the Chicken Bacon Rancher and Harvest Medley Chicken sandwich. Both plate and bowl are clean...no food being taken home for leftovers. The young lady at the register was professional, greeted me with a smile and helped me navigate the menu since it's been a while since I've visited Panera Bread. Background music not too loud. They had an active fireplace going which was nice. Evening was slow but not vacant. Easily composing this review with little distractions. Would come here again with friends and family.

I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup as well as the Asian sesame chicken salad. My daughter had the macaroni and cheese which I failed to take a photo up but she said it was equally as good. Very cheesy too.

This Panera had the best lunch I've had in a long time! We each had the chicken bacon ranch on foccacia bread (out of this world!), a chicken strawberry poppy seed salad and broccoli cheddar soup-- EXCELLENT! It was an online pickup order and they got everything in our order right! The Panera in Hudson near where I live does not compare. Everything was hot and freshly prepared plus we took home 2 fresh loaves of French bread too...yummy! Shakopee Panera-- you did not disappoint!!!

Every employee we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and very polite. Their positive attitudes made our visit such a great experience. This is definitely the best Panera I’ve been to in terms of service

I never leave reviews but the girl with very long brown hair is always so nice in mornings. She always greets me and has very kind beautiful smile. Food is good. Inside is clean.
